Business Accounts Set Up

1.       Complete the Credit Application in full and have it signed by an authorized member of your business or institution. You will need Adobe Reader¯ to view and print the credit application. Click here to obtain a free copy of Adobe Reader¯.

2.       Fax the completed credit application to our sales department at 562-944-5680 along with a copy of your purchase order with shipping charges as per our shipping policy.

Terms and Conditions

Standard payment terms are Net 30. Orders will be processed if We have received a copy of the purchase order indicating the correct Bill and Ship to addresses along with the item code Number. and quantity needed with shipping Charges. Any purchase order with terms greater than 30 days will not be accepted. Orders will be shipped regular ground and are subject to S&H fees (4-7 business days). Expedited shipping is available upon request (1-3 business days).
