Handy tips for your inversion table:

1. Take it slowly when you first begin until you get use to the speed and control of rotation. 

2. When on your table, only small movements of your arms are required to slowly rotate it back and forth. 

3. After an inversion, rest for about a minute in the horizontal position to allow your body to recover. 

4. Your body's centre of gravity changes on the table after an inversion. So, bend your knees slightly - pulling your body towards your feet - to rotate your table to the starting position.
