Shipping Rates and Policy

Shipping Rates-Flat Ground Shipping to Most States only $ 9.95 except Heavy and Special Sale Products to Most States.You can enter your Zip/Postal code on billing and shipping information page, select a shipping method and click "apply" to view the shipping cost.Shipping charges are based on the weights of the items ordered & Sometime shipping charges are estimates for the items which needs to be shipped from more than one warehouse, big or bulky items which need truck or lift gate truck delivery & Orders to Alaska and Hawaii. or some items can not be shipped expedited delivery due to weight, size or other factors. In all these cases we will inform you if there is any problem in expedite shipping or change in shipping charges. Even shipping is calculated based on estimate at the time of checkout, but we will email you the actual shipping charges if there is difference between actual shipping charges and estimated shipping charges after you place the order for your approval before we implement your order in these cases

Procedures to return the item

Step 1:

Some items are non returnable due to health regulation which includes Bathroom Safety Products, Incontinence Products, Diabetes Care Products, and all those items which are clearly mentioned in their description about their no-returns feature. The all other items should be in original packaging and must be in saleable condition. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment returned.

within 10 business days from the date of delivery to obtain a Returned Authorization (RA) number. Please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem. Those returns authorized by Devine Medical are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% plus applicable shipping cost. No Returns authorization number will be given if requested after 10 days of delivery. All defective products except (wheelchairs, scooters, and patient lifts) will be accepted by us for exchange or repair, if RA number is requested within 10 days of delivery. After 10 Days  of delivery, all manufacturer warranty will be applicable. Customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly to resolve the issue. It is important that the RA number is clearly written on the outside of the box. Packages received without an RA number will be returned to you or will not refunded since these packages without RA number are difficult to trace.

Step 2:

If you paid for the purchase with a credit card or paypal, your account will be credited back the amount of the purchase once the product has been received. and checked by our staff. If you paid with a check or money order, allow 10-14 days  to receive your refund check from Devine Medical from the time we receive the returned product.



Step 3:

On all product returns, you are responsible for arranging shipment of the product back to same warehouse from where the item was shipped. You may use UPS, FedEx, or any other ground parcel carrier of your choice thru which online tracking of shipment is available

Step 4:

If you are returning an item shipped in error by us, we apologize for your inconvenience. We will reimburse you the delivery costs and the cost to ship the product back to us. For any other return, you are responsible for the original delivery costs and the return shipping expense. Shipping exp in the case of free shipping will be calculated as shipping charges incurred by us

These policies supersede all our previous policies appearing on all of our web sites and are in effect for purchases made after August 1 2006

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. Devine Medical is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, mistakes in the web site which may occur at any time. Footrests or legrests are not included with wheelchairs unless specified. Pictures of the items shown on our web site doesn't mean that all the the items shown in the picture are included in the price since items may be shown on the web site with all accessories which are available as optional and should be purchases additionally Please read the description carefully to  check what are the contents of items

 
All products to be returned must be returned within 7 days from the RA date, 100% complete, in resalable condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Devine Medical reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from the delivery date. If the product is accepted after 10days, credit will be issued toward future purchases or even exchange only.

If an out-of-stock item is backordered, the item will be shipped immediately upon availability.
We will charge your credit card only upon shipping of the product or within one month from
