Shipping Rates-You can enter your Zip/Postal code on billing and shipping information page, select a shipping method and click "apply" to view the shipping cost.Shipping charges are based on the weights of the items ordered & Sometime shipping charges are estimates for the items which needs to be shipped from more than one warehouse, big or bulky items which need truck or lift gate truck delivery & Orders to Alaska and Hawaii. or some items can not be shipped expedited delivery due to weight, size or other factors. In all these cases we will inform you if there is any problem in expedite shipping or change in shipping charges. Even shipping is calculated based on estimate at the time of checkout, but we will email you the actual shipping charges if there is difference between actual shipping charges and estimated shipping charges after you place the order for your approval before we implement your order in these cases

We ship most of the order received the same day if received before 11 AM PST. The order are shipped either thru UPS Ground or UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd day Air, UPS 3 Day Select. UPS Ground may take 1-7 business days depending on the items you ordered and location of warehouse where the item are stocked. We advise our customers to select the UPS Ground method since most of the items are shipped directly from our manufacturer�s warehouse and most of our manufacturer�s warehouse are located throughout USA . For Example if the item you ordered need s to drop shipped from Invacare supply Group and which has six regional distribution centers located in following states and items if available will be shipped from nearest possible warehouse.

In the case of items is from Medline catalog, It will probably shipped from any of The company maintained 29 distribution centers to deliver products to its health care customers where and when they need them Which can be delivered within 2-7 business days

So even in the UPS Ground shipping method , Most of the items can be delivered within 2-7 business days

Sometimes the shipping charges will be calculated ZERO if the weights of the items ordered are more than 150 LBS or UPS doesn't accept the shipping method you selected.
